Getting Started:
As a student new to Power Vinyasa yoga we recommend that everyone starts with our “Intro to Power Vinyasa Yoga Workshop” and then move into our Basics classes before attending our level I Power Vinyasa classes. This will give the students a solid foundation and understanding of the alignment and create ease as your Power Vinyasa yoga journey unfolds. Our studio is heated to 85 - 90 degrees with radiant heat which warms the floor and penetrates your skin like sunshine.

 

Intro to Power Vinyasa Workshop
A 2 and half hour workshop offered every second Saturday of the month. Students will learn safe alignment and modifications for the primary postures practiced in class. We recommend students new to yoga or anyone wanting to gain a solid foundation for their practice start with this class and then transition into our Basics classes. $65 registration required. Office open 1/2 hour before classes commence for registration purposes.

Basics
In continuation of our Intro Workshop, this is a beginners class. It is advised that you take 10 “Basics” classes before entering our level I and II classes. Designed with the new student in mind, we move at a slower pace practicing modifications, with alignment as a focal point. Students start strengthening, sculpting, and stretching their entire body removing stress and calming the mind. Class ends with meditation. Every student will be able to finish this class with a sense of accomplishment. 1 hour

Power Vinyasa
Inspired by the teachings of Baron Baptiste, this is an exciting and dynamic class. Students will practice uniting their breath with movement, experiencing them as one fluid motion. This class ignites inner fire, sculpts your body, develops flexibility, strength and endurance. This style of yoga is often referred to as "Meditation in Motion".

Level I
This class moves at a slow to medium pace following the basic principles of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Method.

This intermediate class moves at a medium to faster pace integrating more challenging transitions and free flow asana combinations.

Hour of Power
This class is a compact version of our 90 minute Level I class. Great for those days when an hour feels just right!

Sunset Yoga
This class is a wonderful way to end your busy week. Lights are dim, candles lit, sacred music in background and limited verbal instruction. Students flow with teacher through the sequencing experiencing more meditation in motion.
